We ensure that language expertise continues to flourish by taking concrete steps to address succession—the reason we’ve implemented our own in-house succession development program. Not only that: to date our number of internships is 10 times higher than the industry average.

Doing so in the current context—namely, that of a severe and growing shortage of qualified professional translators—is our way of ensuring that our clients can continue to rely on a full range of expert resources for years to come.
